12 years ago I adopted Rickie from the Tampa Shelter. The Shelter was overcrowded and many dogs were scheduled to be euthanized. Luckily the local radio station sponsored the adoptions and advertised the problem. Rickie is the best $20 dog I’ve ever had. Because you don’t own a dog, he owns your heart. ❤
