Porte Ponderings:
I worked the 2026 Census and retired from the job of enumerator to have a week before travelling to Newfoundland. I had planned to paint the boards to enclose our trailer deck with screen so we can take Archie with us to the trailer. Well, I managed to paint the boards just in time before the smoke from the Northern Ontario forest fires blew our direction and settled in for the remainder of the week. I’m so looking forward to spending a week in St. John’s with cooler temperatures and cleaner air.
